Payment information: subscription data processed by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat. We do not store your full payment card details.

Process subscriptions and manage your access to premium features.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)
If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we process your data under: Contract, Consent, Legitimate interests, and Legal obligation.
5. Third-party service providers
Supabase — cloud database and authentication infrastructure.
Anthropic — AI language model used to generate spiritual guidance responses.
RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management.
Apple / Google — account sign-in and app store payment processing.
6. AI and conversation data
Messages you send in the App may be processed by Anthropic's AI services to generate responses. We do not use your conversations to train public AI models.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Your rights and data deletion

3. The App
Holyy provides faith-based content, Bible stories, guided quests, and AI-assisted spiritual conversations designed to support your personal faith journey.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Free trial: New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial before being charged.
Price: After the trial, the subscription renews at $69.99 per year.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Payment: Charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
Management: Cancel through your device's app store account settings.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time through your Apple or Google account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
6. Content disclaimer
Holyy provides spiritual guidance for informational and inspirational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services immediately.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer the App, share your account credentials, or use the App to harm others.
8. Intellectual property
Holyy and its content are owned by Aurelio Co Ltd or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
Holyy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurelio Co Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Holyy.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Holyy if you violate these Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
